By accessing or using Smart Time Allocation Strategies (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify terms at any time; continued use indicates acceptance.

Service Description

We provide time audit tools, consulting services, and educational content. All services are delivered as-is, with no guarantee of specific productivity outcomes. Our methodology is based on research, but individual results may vary.

User Obligations

• You must be 18+ or have parental consent.
• You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• You shall not misuse the Service for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful content.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including reports, templates, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Payment & Refunds

Fees are due as outlined in your order. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for digital products, minus a 15% processing fee. Consulting services are non-refundable once delivered.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Castle County.
